White Sand Beachfront Pattaya ★★★★★

I am a bit disappointed with breakfast. Not varieties of the menu. Mostly asian food, if you like asian food, you probably like it. And the qualities of salad was just okay. Staffs was very nice. And I was very satisfied with our room.

If you have options of not include breakfast with your room rate would be nice.

The accommodation is actually the residential part of Movenpick. The staff told me he upgraded my room to the room on 29th floor. The view is very nice and the room is really clean. The location is great for me; it is quiet and not crowded. However, it might not be a good choice for those who come to Pattaya without car. The location is basically far from the city center. Breakfast is cooked for each guest; I had scrambled egg and bacon. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel.

There is no facility for transportation. No pick-up car for the guest from the hotel entrance to the hotel which is very frustrated. (The entrance and the hotel is quite far, 600 meters)

Nice & clean room, good view, comfy bed, big baht tub. What I like most is the scent of bedding. Can feel the cleanliness of their laundry.

Better pay for room only without breakfast. Recommend to have breakfast and meal outside. Swimming pool is a bit dirty with lots of dirts on the floor.

Basically all the facilities were good. Rooms were huge and mattress plus bed was perfect.

One of the days the restaurant was closed before time but it was ok.

The bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast line, though was quite limited in variety, sufficed and was able to fill our empty stomach pretty nicely.

Cleanliness

Since we were at the residential part of the resort, we had the pool basically to ourselves. Which was nice not having to share it with a bunch of kids. The room was nice and spacious with an ocean view.

There was no clear explanation about the building. To me it looked like one highrise building, but later i found out the building is divided into 2. Where we stayed at was residental and the other half of the building was the resort property. There was not enough restaurant options to eat at considering the location was very remote and no easy access to town. Breakfast was very limited. And lack of communication between the reception staff and the kitchen. We were confronted at breakfast, we were told breakfast is not covered and we have to pay, but my booking confirmation included breakfast. We felt embarrassed having to leave the restaurant to go to the reception to find out where the mixup was coming from. Also at the restaurant we found the menu pricy and later on the bill we noticed they added gratuity of 15% automatically on our bill without giving us a choice if we would like to leave one or not. I found that very unprofessional. In Canada we pay automatic gratuity on bills if there is a bigger party of 10 or more. Otherwise leaving a tip is optional. There were birds flying at indoor restaurant as well which was a bit unsanitary in my opinion.

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer, sehr ruhige Lage

Zugang zu den lokalen Örtlichkeiten ist nur über eine stark befahrene Schnellstraße möglich! Es gibt keinen Fußweg neben der Straße und auch keine sichere Überquerungsmöglichkeit der Schnellstraße > höchst gefährlich!!! Dies betrifft nicht nur das White Sand Beachfront, sondern alle Hotels in diesem Bereich! Aus diesem Grund würden wir diese Gegend zukünftig meiden!

วิวสวย.ห้องพักใหม่ สะอาด. ที่นอนนอนสบาย สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง มีสระเด็ก ติดชายหาด. ประทับใจ

อาหารเช้าควรปรับปรุง. บอกว่าทานได้ถึง 10โมงเช้า ลงมาทาน 9 โมง กับข้าวเริ่มทะยอยหมดแล้ว.

จะทำห้องพักฝั่ง Resident ให้เป็นแบบ โรงแรม แต่ยังไม่ใกล้เคียงเหมือนยังสร้างไม่เสร็จ ดูร้างๆ ตั้งแต่ที่จอดรถ ไปตรงทางขึ้น check in เหมือนยังไม่พร้อมเปิดให้ใช้บริการ เพราะเช็คอินในห้องอาหารแล้วเอาโต๊ะในห้องมาวางคอมพิวเตอร์ดูแปลกๆ แต่พนักงานที่ทำการเช็คอินให้อัธยาศัยดี พอขึ้นห้องไฟตรงทางเดินเข้าห้องพักมืด ไม่ชอบที่สุดคือ อาหารเช้า เป็นแบบให้สั่งกับพนักงาน ไม่ใช่แบบบุฟเฟต์ อาหารทำช้า แม้แต่ไข่ดาว และมีคราบดำๆจากกะทะติดมาที่ไส้กรอก กับแฮม มีพนักงาน ผู้ชาย ใส่ชุดเหมือนจะเป็นหัวหน้าด้วยที่เป็นคนรับสั่งอาหาร เรายังสั่งไม่เสร็จก็เดินไปเลย ได้สั่งแค่ข้าวต้มกุ้งแล้วพอเราจะสั่งไส้กรอก กับไข่ดาว เค้าก็ทำหน้าไม่ค่อยพอใจ ทำราวกับเราสั่งเยอะ สลัดผักยิ่งหนัก ผักดูเหี่ยว น้ำสลัดก็เปรี้ยวเค็มแปลกๆน่าจะเป็นแบบทำเองทานไม่ลงเลย ตอนเช้าเราเลยได้กินข้าวต้มกุ้ง ไส้กรอก 2 ชิ้น แฮม 2 ชิ้น ไข่ออมเล็ต 1 , แฟนเราได้กิน ไข่ดาว 2 ฟอง ไส้กรอก 1 ชิ้น แฮม 1 ชิ้น ข้าวต้มหมูสับ 1 น้ำเปล่า น้ำส้ม อย่างละแก้ว เพราะเอามาเสริฟให้เท่านี้ เราก็ไม่กล้าสั่งเพิ่ม เพราะดูสั่งยาก โดยรวมเทียบกับราคา 3000 ที่จ่ายไปถือว่าแพงมาก คงจะไม่กลับไปพักที่นี้อีก

Location ที่พักมีชายหาดส่วนตัว ชายหาดตรงนี้กว้างกว่าจอมเทียนช่วงต้นๆ เดินสบายทั้งเช้า เย็น 2. แม้เป็น resident แต่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ checkin มี bell boy ให้รายละเอียดทุกอย่างชัดเจน 3. ห้องพักสะอาดมาก มาตรฐาน รร ชั้นดี 4. ห้องน้ำสุดยอด น้ำแรงที่สุดในชีวิต มีอ่างน้ำใบใหญ่ด้วย 5. อาหารเช้าแม้ไม่หลากหลายเท่าฝั่ง รร แต่อร่อย 6. สระน้ำใหญ่ติดทะเล มี slider ด้วย 7. ที่ชอบที่สุด ห้องหันหน้าเข้าหาทะล รับวิวสุดๆ ตลอดวัน มีระเบียงใหญ่นั่งเล่นดูวิวสบาย

1. กลางคืนจะมืดกว่าฝั่งโรงแรม แต่ก็ไม่มีปัญหา เดินได้ แค่ไม่สดใสเท่าฝั่งโรงแรมเท่านั้น 2. Lift ดูเก่าๆ หน้อย แต่ไม่มีปัญหา

ที่พักสะอาด เป็นไปตามรูป พักห้อง 3 คน ห้องมุม วิวสวยทั้งเช้าและเย็น หมอนนุ่ม กระเบื้องห้องน้ำมีชำรุดเล็กน้อย โดยรวมแล้วดีค่ะ

ข้อเสียคือ พนักงานแจ้งว่าลูกค้าซื้อห้องไว้แล้วปล่อยให้เช่าต่อ การเข้าพักจึงยุ่งยาก เนื่องจากไม่ได้ประสานกันไว้ก่อน แต่พนักงานน่ารัก ดูแลดี ส่วนที่พักเป็นส่วนของ White sand beach แต่ที่จอง จองมากับ White sand beach front แต่ค่าที่พักน่าจะได้ราคาที่ดีกว่า ข้อเสียเพียงยุ่งยากในการเข้าพัก นอกนั้น ดีหมดค่ะ
